SigmaWeld is a range of low zinc, inorganic zinc silicate shop primers specifically designed for increased cutting and welding speed (particularly automatic welding) whilst minimising welding defects and burn damage.  It has good anti corrosive properties and classification as a corrosion control coating.

All pre fabrication primers could be part of the total paint system under atmospheric and/or immersed conditions. The SigmaWeld range includes several technologies, like epoxy alkyd and ethyl silicates.

SigmaWeld has been independently tested and shown to comply with applicable health and safety regulations for fume generation and toxicity.
